![]() ![]() This one is for multiplayer: Never be afraid to activate the skill to save an ally with a broken heart- I mean shield. Thanks to the stun part, you basically get a free hit. If you're going to ignore the tip above and just throw it around willy-nilly like I do, then try syncing up the shield with a big, meaty melee hit. This way you can maximize both damage output and the amount of enemies you can kill with your melee. Save the skill for rooms that are either super big or have a butt-ton of enemies. ![]() More than that, but the stun mechanic is broken, but in a fun way. He can routinely restore shield and energy, making for some really clutch moments that you can do to save a teammate (or yourself) from certain death. This skill turns Paladin into more of a Support Hero. Based off of all of this, and some play-testing, here is my general overview: Oh, and that restoration factor I mentioned earlier? Yeah, that affects allies as well. That, and the cooldown is affected by how much damage the shield does, not just some random timer. To essentially get a stunning homing missile that can restore both your shield and energy. I've played a few games with it, and first I have to say that this is probably Paladin's most fun skill to use. I just recently got Paladin's new skill, Splash and Bash, after kicking the crap out of the Grave Archon more times than I care to admit. So take everything I say with a grain of salt (or a pound, whichever works for you). First off, I know I have no authority on any sort of strategic review at all, seeing as I only recently beat Badass mode after playing this game since 2018 (and I had help). ![]()
